We are looking for a Business Development Team Lead to join our team. You will help to make the outbound activities of Precismo perfect.
What will be your responsibilities?
• You will be the role model to a growing team of Business Development Representatives
• Together with the Head of Sales, you will perfect the workflow and processes of the BDR team
• After we grow the team with your help, you will become the manager of the team (current BDRs: 3)
How will you know you are the one?
• You have a proven track record of Business Development career in B2B tech
• You enjoy communicating with people and often leave a great impression
• English is your preferred language
